A historic building reimagined as a space for culture, gathering, and sharing. The La Filanda project has transformed the existing structure into a multipurpose center spread over three levels, dedicated to the cultural life of the city of Mendrisio.
The project, developed under the construction management of our firm in collaboration with Anne-France Aguet, resulted in the complete renovation of the interior spaces. Today, the building houses the city archives, the library, and rooms dedicated to meetings and cultural events, creating a new public hub for the community.
