A project born from the dialogue between private residence and office architecture. The Berra project develops a new administrative complex around an existing villa, creating a seamless connection between the owner’s home and the new commercial building.
The building, spread over six levels, houses contemporary office spaces and culminates in a penthouse on the top floor, while the basement level accommodates parking spaces and utility rooms. The project combines functionality, prestige, and architectural continuity into a single, cohesive system.
